Toast with spicy yogurt

A quick post with a very simple recipe.Toasts are just an easy and amazingly quick option for breakfast.So today i bring you 'Toast with spicy yogurt', is kind of perfect breakfast for a hot day.




Preparation Time: 20 minutes                                  Serving: 2
Cooking Time: 5 minutes                                  Category: Non-Veg

Ingredients:
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 150 gm thick curd
  • 1 tablespoon grated cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder paste
  • salt to taste
Method:
  • In a bowl add curd and a pinch of salt and beat well
  • Then add grated cucumber,carrot,chopped garlic and coriander leaves,salt as per taste and mustard paste.Mix well
  • Take two slices of bread and toast it
  • Spread the mixture on one slice and cover it with the other slice
  • Serve
