Ingredients:
- 4 slices white bread
- 150 gm thick curd
- 1 tablespoon grated cucumber
- 1 tablespoon grated carrot
- 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder paste
- salt to taste
- In a bowl add curd and a pinch of salt and beat well
- Then add grated cucumber,carrot,chopped garlic and coriander leaves,salt as per taste and mustard paste.Mix well
- Take two slices of bread and toast it
- Spread the mixture on one slice and cover it with the other slice
- Serve
