Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 chopped lemon as required
- 5 - 6 mint leaves
- 1 cup chilled sugar syrup
- 1 tbsp chat masala
- 1 tbsp black salt
- Lemon juice as required
- 1 cup soda
- crushed ice
- Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
- 2 Lemon slice (for garnish)
Method:
- In a muslin cloth keep half of pomegranate and squeeze out the juice in a mocktail shaker
- Add chopped lemon, mint leaves and sugar syrup to this
- Crush this with the help of a meddler
- To decorate the glass rim on a plate mix chat masala and black salt
- Now on the glass rim apply lemon juice and rim the glass with the prepared mixture on a plate
- In the pomegranate mixture add soda and shake it
- Now add crushed ice and the prepared pomojito to the glass
- Add soda and garnish with lemon slice
- Add some pomegranate seeds and serve the pomojito
