Ingredients:
- 1 cup refine flour (maida)
- 100 gm butter
- 50 gm sugar powder
- 25 gm cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnut
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
Method:
- Grease & dust the baking container with maida. Preheat oven to 180o C. Sieve together maida, cocoa & baking powder.
- Beat butter & sugar until light & creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in sieved maida-cococa and baking powder into the above mixture, alternating with milk and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add the chopped walnuts. Mix well & pour into greased container.
- Garnish with chopped walnut
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until center of the cake springs back when lightly pressed. Allow to cool in container for 5 min and remove onto a wire rack. Cut as desired.
